Taylor Ross North
As a central coast native, I have unique insight into the trends of each neighborhood as well as a vast network of highly respected relationships. I have lived in different areas of San Luis Obispo, Santa Margarita, Atascadero, Arroyo Grande, Grover Beach, Shell Beach before ultimately settling my roots and buying a home in Avila Beach. Relocating throughout these communities has given me a deep understanding of different neighborhoods and what they each have to offer.
My knowledge and passion for sales started at an early age. My father, Ross North, was a sales manager at Perry Ford and placed me in a truck commercial at the age of one. Throughout my childhood, he would bring me to the dealership and allow me to sit in on sales meetings, which gave me insight on how to properly negotiate and present product.
Upon my eighteenth birthday, I became a product advisor at South Side Kia automotive in Edmonton Alberta, Canada. Within two weeks, I sold fifteen vehicles, which made me the top sales representative in the store. After three consecutive months of being the top agent, I was promoted to the Online Sales Manager for a top producing dealership at Ford Motor Company. During my time in that position, I learned proper ways to present internet marketing materials and negotiate deals remotely and over conference calls. I then returned to a more traditional sales role where I was a top performer year after year.
In 2012, I got the opportunity to return to this beautiful community. I met with Richard Loughead Jr. who showed me his various real estate developments and offered me a position as his apprentice at BDC Development. I received my real estate license and have been representing buyers, sellers, builders and investors ever since. I average approximately three to five closings per month. As a result, I have a thorough understanding of how to properly value real estate and I am dedicated to saving my clients both time and money.
